1. Introduction

Welcome to Voxa Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing any digital products from https://voxadigital.co.za (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

Voxa Digital sells digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable files

  • Digital templates

  • Online resources

  • Digital services

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce and Yoco Payments.

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method

  • Agree to pay the listed price in full

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment

  • Delivery may be via:

    • Download link

    • Email

    • User account access

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Your email address is correct

  • You download and store files promptly

5. Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Products)

5.1 No Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products

In terms of Section 42 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

The cooling-off period does not apply once digital content has been supplied or accessed.

Once a digital product has been:

  • Downloaded

  • Accessed

  • Delivered

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

5.2 Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical fault caused by us

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, content, designs, text, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of Voxa Digital.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Share

  • Modify for resale

  • Claim ownership

Unless explicit written permission is granted.

7. License & Usage

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use only, unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voxa Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of income

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

All products are provided “as is”.

9. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information collected may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Billing information

We will:

  • Not sell or misuse your data

  • Only use it for order processing and communication
